The laws of this Gorean Camp are very simple...
We don't ask you to follow John Norman's books to the letter and we don't ask you to behave like a spitting image of a persona from the books.
All we ask of you are 5 very simple things...
Rule Number 1 : This one is sacred, break this law and the punishment is banishment from the home, permanently. Drama is not wanted...Ever! No reason, excuse, debate, argument is valid for it. This is not up for debate or discussion, if you have issues with someone in the home, take it to private conversations and keep it there.
Rule Number 2 : In S_S, whilst we all have a deep love for Gor and all things Gorean, we are also a realistic group of people, and we keep our feet firmly planted on the ground. The Free of S_S all follow the most fundamental of Gorean tennets ; Honor.
We are friends first, we are sincere, honest and upfront with each other, we do not backstab, gossip, trashtalk, slander anyone who is a family member, if you attack one of us, you attack all of us.
Rule Number 3 : We all want good slaves, slaves who will show respect to the Free, slaves who will serve with heart and we demand these slaves to be honorbound. Well folks, ever heard the saying "You lead by example"? It applies in Schendi. The Free show and prove they are honorable, they maintain a consistency and a high level of moral values.
Rule Number 4 : The Free of Schendi, are of ecclectic cultures, we have Physicians, Bards, Jarls, Warriors, Assassins, Tuchuks, Tarn Riders, Tharlarion Riders, Panthers. We all live in harmony, we allow and make allowances for different cultures. Variety is the spice of life, after all!
Rule Number 5 : All that is asked of a Free that wishes to make Schendi their home is Sincerity, Honesty & Loyalty, everything else can be worked through.
Please ensure you stick to these rules, the Residents of Schendi with an @ by their names are the Home's Council, the Home Founder, Sadistique`, WILL support their decision if someone is banished, regardless of whether she knows them personally or not.
